House, Closing Day

After months of house searching, loan processing and the run around from too many people, we finally got the keys and closed on our house the day before my birthday! It was seriously the best birthday present ever.
I think the pictures don't even begin to do justice to the size of the house. Especially the shot from the front of the house.
Here is Little Man in front of the house with the Silver Bullet to the side. I think he was trying to get Sariah in this picture as well.

Goodbye for sale sign.

I was amazed that he got it out of the ground. This house was on the market for a very long time...sat empty for like 8 months.

Little Miss and James with our amazing relator Rick.

So excited to open the door for the first time to our house. Yes I have been in it many times before this picture was taken but this was the first time that it was opened and we owned it!

The Entry Way...you can see Justin and Sariah running away. They love running around the house.

Laundry Room off the kitchen.

Work Bench in the Garage.

Justin in the middle of the Garage.

Kids possible playroom or James' office.

Dining Room

I don't know what to do with this room...I really don't like the color and it's just a weird place for it to be...I might make it the kids playroom so I can see them from the kitchen. Yes that window is the kitchen, it's weird but might be helpful.

Maybe they did daycare from their home? It has a two-way door thing. So weird.

Really, yellow door?

Justin so excited for his own room.

Standing in the Master Bedroom looking to my bathroom.

LOVE MY TUB!!! (Maybe I could do a home birth next time.)

Hallway away from the kids rooms to the master.

Hallway away from kids rooms to the living area

Looking from the family room to the kitchen and dining room.

From kitchen to family room

RV parking and shed

So the backyard is a little small but we will make do. The trees are awesome and Justin already has plans for a tree house. There is also a jacuzzi that needs repaired and I think would be fun as long as we could keep it safely from the kiddos.

We are doing some major remodeling on the house before we move in at the end of February, so I will keep you updated with pics as we go through the different stages. Our family can hardly wait to move into our new home!!
