Salsa Chicken---Yummy

I will admit that I am not the best cook in the world. I normally find a few recipes that I am good at making (and my family will eat) and stick with those until they are begging for variety. Over the last few years I have added to my list of recipes and this is one of our family favorites.
It sort of looks gross in the pan but it is so yummy and so very easy to make.
All you need is boneless, skinless chicken breasts, your favorite salsa, a can of black beans, and wahoo you have dinner. You place the number of chicken breasts in your pan. Pour a can of black beans over your chicken. Then cover the chicken and beans with your desired salsa...I use the walmart brand white corn and bean which is my favorite. I then put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degree.

Then make whatever side you desire to go along with your meal. We make rice and broccoli or another veggie.

It seriously is the easiest thing to make and so yummy. The chicken comes out super moist and all of my family loves it!

Walt and I love that salsa from wal-mart too! I spread cream cheese in a glass baking dish, spread the salsa over the cream chese and sthen sprinkle shredded cheese over that. you bake it at 350 for 20 minutes. Great dip with chips. i will definitely make your salsa chicken. it looks so yummy.
