Photos of Day 5

Nothing spectacular happened on Day 5 just some good times with the family. Here are some photos from the day of nothing too special...but Family is the reason why we went to Utah in the first place so it's special to us.
Grandma Ladybug and Sariah

Big Girl sits up in the bath all by herself!

Uncle James and Uncle Paul...such handsome boys who are growing up too fast!

Uncle Mark and Uncle James with Justin such a goof!

Justin had so much fun with all of his uncles!

Time with Grandpa Kent

Uh-oh....the bald spot is showing...Sariah loves pulling on everyones hair.

Sariah tried a whole bunch of new food while in Utah. She normally eats MumMum's but tried a teething cookie and it made a huge mess. I am so grateful for MumMum's they don't make a mess like the cookies and are so easy to clean up.

But she sure did enjoy her teething cookie.

More time with cousin Sean

Sean wouldn't look at the camera too long. He kept wanting to look at the cuteness that is Sariah. Here is the only one I caught of him looking at the camera.

FHE Christmas Style (Day 4)

Day 3 was a Sunday and I seemed not to have taken any pictures...I don't know why...all I remember was Sariah hadn't been sleeping well and had been sick with lots of snot and such so I might not of been all the way awake that day. I remember there being a great game of "Do You Love Your Neighbor" on Day 3, which got way out of hand. Sadly there were no pictures taken. The memory must stay tucked away in my brain.
Anyway, Day 4 was Monday and Family Home Evening. Everyone that could come over that night came over to make cookies and a grandkid gingerbread house.

Sledding and Gretchen's Baby Shower (Day 2)

So the day before we flew into Utah in snowed a whole bunch and then it continued to snow. So Justin and James went sledding with all the boys. I didn't get to go so I was unable to take pictures. But I did get this cute one of my 2 men bundled up before they went out to the big hill.

We love Aunt Gretchen and are so excited for Hank to arrive!
I forgot to take pictures of all the awesome presents. Aunt Rachel and I got Hank some cute outfits and a bumbo. I am sure he will love them.

Visiting Utah (Day 1)

Our Day started off super early...we had to be out of our place by 5 in the morning to catch our 7am flight. This was made possible by our wonderful chauffeur Beth who took us to the airport. She is amazing! We got to spend most of our first day in Utah instead of traveling because we left so early. Even though I didn't get much sleep due to lack of packing and Sariah's sleep habits, it was nice to spend the day relaxing at Mom's house.

Grandma Ladybug and Sariah
She still doesn't crawl but Grandma was doing her best to encourage her.

Kisses and Giggles with Grandma

Justin and Cousin Sean (notice everyone is in blue shirts, James is sitting in the back ground with Sariah)

Figuring out the high chair thing for the first time.

Abraham and Sariah eating yummy cookies on Grandma's couch....when I was growing up food wasn't allowed in the front room....now babies get to eat cookies in there...times sure have changed.

Abe and Sariah are going to be best of friends...we hope!

Taken before Utah

So I had a few pictures on my cell phone that I took before we left for Utah that I thought I should share before I start uploading the 200 plus pictures that I took while we were there...seriously I don't think I will get all 200 pictures from our trip posted...we will see!

Justin and Sariah

Cute little man

Justin really loves to hold his sister when I give him the chance.

Sariah will no longer sit in her bath chair...she has grown out of it....so these are the last pics before she moved on to sitting by herself....sheesh...where does the time go?

Such a pretty girl who is growing too fast!

Made it home

Yes I am calling Texas home. After being with my family in Utah for a good long vacation it was nice to come home and see my husband who came home a week earlier. Oh how I missed him....I think I missed him most when I was on the flight home at about 9pm with 2 very tired kids and no him. (I am so thankful that some friends from the ward were on our same flight and helped get me to baggage claim in a speedy manner.)
There are a ton of pictures and stories to blog about....I can hardly wait. Just wanted to let everyone know that we are here safe a sound. I miss my family back in the great state of Utah, I enjoyed every moment I had with everyone. Thank you for making our time there so wonderful! I will start counting down the days soon of when I get to see them again but for now I love being home with all the suitcases that need to be unpacked and the grocery shopping that needs to be done.
